It's not true that news agencies influence people's views on politics and the world. People influence the news agencies because if people did not have a craving for a certain view and style of news reporting agencies like CNN and MSNBC would not exist. The news agencies just give the people what they want, amirite?

That doesn't explain why most of the media is liberal and most Americans are conservative. There has to be another factor occurring here...
