Also about Life+25Everyone wonders where we go after we die, but not as many people seem to wonder where we were before we were born. amirite?
Also by Joe_Larson+13E-readers seem like a good idea at first, but then when you think about it they're kind of pointless... 1) We all stare at screens enough already. 2) e-books are not much cheaper than real books. They don't have real covers or pages to treasure. And you sure can't find 10 cent e-books at garage sales. 3) Books don't need stored on a hard drive, unless you plan to put them on shuffle, amirite?
Also about Life+115The American Dream is dead. I grew up being told that if I worked hard I could be what ever I want to be, that I could build a better life for myself and there was a stressed importance of higher education.
The cost of living rises, wages stagnate, higher education no longer guarantees a job and shackles with crippling debt, and worst of all, I feel like my government, my country, has turned it's back on me.
Sorry about a depressing opinion, I just felt the need to shout into the void. I know it's probably better than what I think, it's just hard to see it when I struggle to just live, amirite?
Also by Joe_Larson+14What religion you believe is likely a result of where you where born. Just a thought, amirite?
Also by Joe_Larson+26it's so easy to forget where you put something...even if you had it only a minute before, amirite?
