+84 It's stupid when people wear clothes about bands they do not listen to. **Especially** if they've never even heard of them, amirite?

Why do you even care?

It ticks me off. Some girl was wearing a KISS shirt and I am 90% sure she cannot name 2 songs by them (not that I listen to them, but I can name 2 songs by them and two band members).

maybe they like the shirt? What's wrong with wearing a shirt you like.

I hate it when people represent things they know nothing about through clothing, okay?

._. Last year for my birthday, my grandma got me a Beatles t-shirt. I don't listen to the band (doesn't mean I don't like them though, they have pretty good songs, in the occasion that I might hear a song or two) And I didn't want to seem like a poser so I haven't worn the shirt once. Good thing my grandma is kind of senile and never noticed no

I think the biggest reason it annoys me so much when people do this is that I'll get excited that someone in my grade likes the Beatles, Rolling Stones, or whatever band is on the shirt they're wearing, but when you ask them about it they never care about the band so your hopes are ruined
