No, because a person could accidently fire the gun, or like mentioned above, think it isn't loaded when it actually is. A guy was killed here last year by his friend because the gun ended up being loaded. I would rather be hit by a rubberband than by a bullet.

Yes, because I laugh in the face of danger with a loaded gun in my face but hit the deck and take shelter with a rubberband that would only cause a small welt at MOST.
