It's interesting how society's views on relationships for women has changed over time. In the 1600s, if you were eighteen and unmarried, you were an old maid. In the 1950s, if you were unmarried and had had sex you were a horrible slut and a disgrace to womanhood. Nowadays, if you are twenty and haven't had sex, you're a prude, amirite?
