It's awesome that nature could have used blood to turn a wheel as a form of locomotion other than legs, amirite?

The animal would obviously need a very strong heart. That bone waterwheel thing would be connected to the main skeleton by an axle through the middle. The structure in the middle is made with a seal for blood-tightness the spokes that connect the inner structure to the actual wheel come out the sides and do not interfere with the rotation or blood flow.
