No, Dutch is when everyone pays for themselves. You pay for what you ordered, and that's it.

@pocketpie-that is very considerate to ask at the beginning of the meal. I have been a server for 8 years and a lot of people ask when the check is delivered.

They should teach us how to do taxes, or balance checkbooks or other stuff like that. Because as a teenager, this sounds terrifying to me hahaha
