People who say "you don't need make-up to look beautiful!" aren't necessarily wrong, but aren't right either. Sure, some girls look really pretty without make-up, but with the correct application, could look better. And for girls who are not considered naturally attractive by social standards, make-up creates confidence and does make them more attractive. So yes, you don't need it. But it helps in almost all cases when used wisely. amirite?
