It's because the shit an the expensive store is higher priced that I'd rather get a gift card for there because god knows I would never spend my hard earned money to get a couple things.

If it came to spending my own money or a gift card at an expensive place, I'd go with the giftcard. But if I had to chose an inexpensive or an expensive place to have a gift card for, I'd rather take the inexpensive one cuz I can get way more stuff that's just as cute.

On the actual topic of the post, though, I'd rather just get money than gift-cards. I can't think of anything that I'd want with a gift-card, because I have very specific tastes. Material things don't mean all that much to me, and I'd rather spend my money on stuff like drugs and pyrotechnic chemicals. You can't really get gift-cards for things like that.

I prefer just getting money too, but everyone knows I'd just use it all of food instead of books or something. But, most people get me cards for music stores, which I really don't mind.

Consult your local drug dealer. Tell them you'll take your business elsewhere unless they start accepting credit/debit or gift cards.
