I don't feel like I am sinking, no. The honest truth of the matter is that things like this have gone on since the beginning of mankind. Humans as a whole seem incapable of living together without killing each other. Natural disasters have always occurred. Yes, all of it is horrible and tragic, but it isn't anything new.
