It's pretty easy in the Sims 3

not really. they get hungry and bored too easily, so they cry way too often which wakes up your sleeping sims/give them a negative moodlet. I've never played the sims 2 before though.

That's what babies DO though. The entire point of The Sims is to simulate real life.

Ah, personally I found it a lot harder in the sims and sims 2, so I just never bothered to have kids at all. I usually get a father and a mother for the baby though, both in the same house, and mostly let one of them 'work at home', sometimes both of them. The new jobs that you can just do at home (like being a writer) are really nice for that. Sculptor and Painter are also good for it.

The Sims one was the worst. Don't pay attention to them for 1 second when they're crying, and BAM! Social services.

1) Build a wall with no door around social services. 2) If the police come, build a wall around them. 3) ???? 4) PROFIT!!!
