You realize those are completely different ages? Pap at 18 or whenever you start having sex (whichever comes first). Mammograms aren't til you're at least 40.
Rather that then be a guy getting a prostate exam...
See, I hate when people say guys have it worse for having to get prostate exams (although you didn't say that in so many words.) I think vaginal exams are more invasive and we also have to have other areas checked out sometimes. They are both unpleasant exams that suck, but neither guys nor girls have it worse when it comes to it.
It's not. There's just some pressure, but it doesn't hurt. Or at least it shouldn't. If it's painful, either you have an infection or something or the dr is doing it wrong.
I really hate the word smear..
C-can someone describe what they are?
...I really don't want to google it.
Mammogram is an x-ray of your breasts... they won't do that until you are 40-50 unless on a breast examination there is a lump.
Pap smear they stick this plastic thing in you... to check for cervical cancer. it's unpleasant, but quick.
and the mammogram isn't just like a normal x-ray...your boobs are like squeezed and mashed in very unpleasant ways
Thanks for asking this. I was curious too but I didn't wanna sound like a dumbass.

Actually, I can't wait. That sounds absolutely delightful.
Mammograms are outdated and dangerous. They use the same kind of thing they use to look in the womb now.
Heard that. Pap smear just sounds painful.
