When all spaces are taken up, there could be a light or something at the guard post to dispatch someone to do an inspection.

No. It's just for clarification of certain ones. And I just realised this one needs more. This only applies to parking lots where there are like 20 handicap spots. Seriously, how many people do you think need them simultaneously?

handicap spaces should be on the back side of the store so all the handicapped people have to walk all the way around the store

1. I think you're joking, but anyway, they're the best spots to reduce the amount of wakling handicapped people need to do. 2. Not all of them can walk, and those spots are actually mostly for wheelchair ridden people. hence the wheel chair symbol instead of a guy with a wlaking stick.

My father was handicapped to the point where we needed to use handicap spaces. In some cases, they were very convenient and spaceous. In others, there weren't enough, so we had to use alternative methods that were more work. So if you want to be a dickwad and take that space that could be very necessary to a person with a wheelchair or bad legs or whatever, then fuck you, you inconsiderate sloth.

Please, look at my comment above. I only refer to places with like 20 handicapped lots, or five times more than are actually used. And by the way, two of my grandparents were handicapped for a time.

Although I agree that OP is a bit of an arsehole, it does piss me off when there are about 648474648 disabled spaces and only two or three are taken.
