If you don't believe in evolution because it's "just a theory" why do you believe in germ theory, cell theory, atomic theory, gravity, or any other theory because they're not laws, just theories, amirite?

And that's granting that it's just a 'theory' and NOT a 'scientific theory'. The most frustrating aspect about this is the way people like this get so upset when they see they're not being taken seriously, and think the whole "it's just a theory" bit is pure gold.

People tend to mix up theories and hypotheses. A theory is supported by all existing evidence. A hypothesis is just an educated guess.

I've been wanting to make this post for a while so thank you. Also fun fact here. Gravity is slightly flawed. Evolution however is not. Evolution has passed every test with flying colours.

@Scientist I've been wanting to make this post for a while so thank you. Also fun fact here. Gravity is slightly flawed...

Mercury's orbit does not go around the Sun according to gravity's specifications. Einstein's theory of General Relativity however explains it perfectly. This makes it fundamentally flawed. However it's precision is still so close to perfect that it is correct for all intensive purposes. And being a much simpler equation to work out than E=MC2 it is the one used to send all satillites in to orbit including the ones that go to other planets. So while gravity is technically flawed, it is still in regular use at NASA

The Bible speaks of evolution. "Let the waters bring forth the life"..".Let the earth bring forth the life"...Evolution says things grew from the ocean first, then from the earth. The days of creation were evolutionary leaps.
