+267 The ability to speak another language is a pretty attractive quality in another person, amirite?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Not trying to attract you or anything but I speak 3 langues jolly

by Anonymous 11 years ago

May I ask which ones? :3

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Ok I just realized my typo, *languages not langues lol. kipkayify: I speak English, Arabic and French. TheObliviousPanda: Ok thanks for making me feel worthless now :( What languages do you speak?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

That's awesome! All I speak is English and Greek =(

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Oh Greek is beautiful, I'd like to learn it! But first I'd prefer to learn Spanish or Italian lol. And I'm good in French but not as fluent in it as I am in Arabic and English

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Ok tbh I've never heard of any of the languages you just listed, besides English and Spanish of course :p But that seems awesome, how do you know them all? Usually when someone wants to learn a new language they choose one that's known and widely spread, like Spanish, Italian, Chinese, German, Arabic etc. Oh and I know bits of Spanish as well lol

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I wish I could speak another language. I understand French, but I can't speak it very well.

Practice makes perfect =)

I was trying to "get over" this guy I don't have a shot with, who I knew spoke Spanish. Then, one day, I discovered he speaks Japanese as well. He's only a sophomore. Yeah, I'm never giving up on him. /csb

I'm not into guys who have better Chinese than me! hahaha And I hate it when a Chinese guy speaks a European language better than me. I guess I'm a weird chauvenist, I like it when I'm the talented linguist in the relationship. My ex and I were pretty equal in our respective foreign languages, which was acceptable. But I think the constant correcting each other contributed to the breaking down of the relationship, hahahaha. I think that's why two teachers might have trouble getting together - language/math teachers especially, haha

The only language I plan on learning is German, so I think he and I would be alright. And yeah, I totally agree. If I, for example, were to marry a guy who thought math was more important/better than English (as in language arts, not the language itself), I would probably end in prison d

I also have a weird thing where I hate a guy being a better singer than me when we go to karaoke places. I'm a total attention whore at Karaoke, and love impressing people with chinese songs. But the same ex was also REALLY good, and he used to steal the show a bit. hahahaha. Love being with some tone deaf person who just loves being there. Perfect! It makes me wonder - if Victoria Beckham could play football really really well, would David divorce her? hahaha

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I definitely have no room to talk when it comes to a guy's singing voice... like, ever wary

Over the course of my life, I plan to learn Latin, Japanese and Russian. I already know English, and my Chinese is crap, mostly because i have no interest n the language. I only ever do well in things I find interesting or lucrative.

I speak Serbian.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I come from a Serbian background on my fathers side but don't speak it, but I think it's a beautiful language and would love to learn it, unfortunately I am terrible at learning languages. But that won't stop me trying.

I know this one boy who speaks Egyptian.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

What are you talking about? They speak Arabic in Egypt. (Unless you're talking about ancient Egyptian, which still has some fluent speakers today, in which case that's really cool)

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Maybe, I'm not quite sure what he spoke. I just know he is from Egypt. I'll have to ask him.
