Assuming you mean accents out of the country, I usually don't like them if it's hard to understand them, like when the person's second language is English.

Since everybody else is saying what accent they hate... I dislike Ohio/Indiana accents. It just sounds kinda wimpy and uninteresting to me. I don't think there's any other accent I don't enjoy listening to.
