Yes, //some// beauty comes from within, but I'm not going to bullshit myself. No matter how good your personality is if you're not physically attractive to me I won't date you. It sounds mean but we all do it. I'm just not ashamed to admit it.

It doesn't make me superficial to not want to be in a relationship with someone that I am am physically unattracted to. It would make me superficial if I refused to talk to them or thought that I was better than them in some way because I was unattracted to them.

Sure it is. I know plenty of women that are great people, but as a homosexual I do not find these women attractive and therefor will not date them. How is this any different than if there is a man with a great personality but unatractive to me?

Beauty is physical. It does come from outside. I agree with the first parts, but not the last line of the post. Someone can have a beautiful personality, but that does not make them beautiful.

I think though that generally people who are not very good looking, but have a nice/friendly/good/etc personality seem better looking then they are. It's a bit hard to explain

Yeah, like someone may be average looking, but with charisma they could be considered hot. Certain personalities attract people.

Someone can look beautiful. However, only a mixture of that AND personality makes someone who IS beautiful - in my opinion
