+127 Online training/education is not as effective as on-campus schooling, amirite?

I disagree. It really depends on the professor and your own ability to stay motivated and learn the work. I'll admit it is easier to pass a class without doing a lot of work, but I have learned a lot from several of my online classes. English classes in particular are good to take online in my opinion. You still have to do the research just as you would in a on-campus class so the learning is still effective.

I took one online course and the rest in class, I remember most of the things I learned online and only a bit of what I learned in classes

Although I agree, I think it depends on the person. For me the only way I can learn is if i'm in and actual classroom environment, especially if it's a subject I suck at, such as math. I need an actual person to help get me through it, which is why i'll usually fail if the class is almost entirely on computer.
