+70 An American made a movie that might have insulted the prophet, so therefor I will unleash my fury and kill a man not related to this man, nor does he support his actions or has absolutely anything to do with him, even though his nation recently helped us gain democracy from a man who kept us under dictatorship for several years, amirite?

I can't tell if this is specifically aimed at the extremists who committed the act, or is an ignorant comment against Muslims in general.

It would be aimed at the extremists. I realise that Muslims in general aren't all evil, anti-western extremists.

As a Muslim , those guys are idiots.

They movie that insulted our prophet and called us violent!? Let's show them by responding with violence!

And unlike other people, I will blame Muslim nations as a whole. Insults Jews, Americans and Catholics (especially the Pope) are perfectly okay in their media, but anything regarding them is blasphemy

The movie referred to was produced by a Coptic Christian Egyptian who is living in this country. As was just shown by a Congressional committee, the violence in Libya had NOTHING to do with a movie but was a convenient excuse for inaction by our "lead from behind" administration. We are at war with a subset of Muslims who are bent on eliminating any other group but themselves. It has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with extremism. The KU KLUX KLAN burns crosses!! Does this mean that Chrisitians want to kill blacks and others? There are crazies in every group and to associate them with the group is incorrect.
