I feel like for the most part people get what they deserve in that aspect, unless there's a weird circumstance where you are not the primary cause for no one caring about you or what's happening in your life.

NWing because I do, but not even in an emo way. I push people away and then surprise, they don't care about me anymore. I definitely deserve what happens to me, because my actions have consequences. I only feel like no one cares because no one actually does, and no one does because of what I do to them.
