Girls: When you tell people that you're losing weight, you appreciate the people who say "good job :)" rather than "aw but why? You're so pretty already" because it motivates you more amirite?

I've never tried to lose weight, but I get irritated when one of my friends is trying to and people are like "but you're already pretty!" Yeah, let's just not improve ourselves cuz we're good enough already.
