Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Unless you're conservative, then you're "closed minded, stuck in the past, dim-witted, and afraid of change".
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everyone is entitled to their own opinion of your opinion. If someone thinks your opinions are close-minded or dimwitted, they're entitled to that opinion as well.
Not all opinions should be respected. Hitler's opinion was that Jews were inferior. Conservatives' opinions aren't nearly that bad, but their only argument is USUALLY 'that's the way it's always been' which is always weaker than any argument with logic, which is USUALLY what liberals have, or else they wouldn't propose the change in the first place.
Did you just say that liberals use logic, implying that conservatives don't? Conservative don't just say, 'oh yeah it's always been like this so I guess it works." Conservatives like to keep things in place that have shown throughout history to be successful, and they think that drastic and rapid change can lead to mistakes. They are not against change, they are for slow and cautious change.
I don't live anywhere near the US, so I don't have the full picture, but from what I see on the news and stuff, they act like any form of change is going to lead to the collapse of a different important thing each time. On the rare occasions when they accept that change is relevant, it's got to be done slowly, to ensure that when the change is done, there's going to be a new change needed that they can oppose or slow down. I have never seen a conservative who has argued for a change to take place so that it solves the current problem before a new one arises. THen again, I probably only hear of 10% of the stuff that goes on in the US.
You're not. I think most people got it but commenters either can't take the joke or are just dum

I swear, nobody on this site can detect sarcasm.
It's even in quotes; you would think that would give it away.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but they are not entitled to that opinion becoming law.
You shouldn't have to resort to name calling when reason is on your side.
even conservative ppl have the right of their own opinion....
Oh. Thanks for that update. Here I was thinking I would never be able to speak again

Wow. In two sentences you've summed up both political fields and ultimately revealed to the rest of us which side is intelligent and which one isn't.
If only we had figured this out sooner

News channels are usually very biased.
