Blah Blah breakfast is the best meal of the day. I don’t agree with this. Breakfast just weighs you down and makes you feel blah for the rest of the day! Lunch is the most important meal of the day.

Actually, my psych class was talking about this the other day... This is probably because of the foods you're eating. When I have something light for breakfast (like fruit or a yogurt) I tend to feel a lot better during the day

Who can argue with such eloquency?
