If a doctor helps a mentally-sound patient commit suicide, I don't think that's murder. I don't think the doctor should be charged with a crime for helping someone carry out their final wishes.
We were actually just debating this in my debate class. I think the OP was talking about physician assisted suicide, when someone who is terminally ill chooses to end their life with drugs rather than spending the rest of their life in a hospital bed in pain.

Mentally stable people do not want to die.
well if doc is being charged
that means he/she did something illegal
he/she did something that was outside of his/her limits
so yes
he/she should be charged
