In our state, we have a very high dropout rate; less than half of entering 9th grade students make it all the way through 12th grade and on to graduation. To solve the problem, I think we should make it so that they can't get their driver's license until they've graduated.

If someone doesn't want to finish high school, let them. That's their own decision.

Have a more supportive high school community. Instead of tons of cops in the school, actually equip the school with more resources designed to help students learn. And music and art programs should not be getting dismissed as unimportant.

More time to learn how to drive makes for less car accidents
