Here's a frequent debate I tend to have with myself: Me 1-I'm hungry. Me 2-No you're not. Me 1-Yes I am. Me 2-You're greedy. Me 1-I'm bored. Me 2-Then go eat something Me 1-Nothing to eat Me 2-Stop being greedy Me 1-I'll find something Me 2 finally gives up when Me 1 finds something to eat. As you can see in the middle of this argument, Me 2 really wants Me 1 to go get something to eat, but still tries to stand to the fact that Me 1 isn't really hungry, and is just greedy.

it could be that you're thirsty a lot of times people mistake hunger for thirst

Nahh, when I'm bored I eat. When I eat, I feel like I shouldn't be eating since I'm not really hungry. Then comes the thoughts that justify me eating, and the ones accusing me of being greedy.

I said can because sometimes, I get frustrated and sometimes, I learn something

I do this quite often. The way I come to conclusions about any given topic is by having two-sided debates with myself.
