I have mixed feelings concerning this. It is a cool sensation but I don't really like it because it reminds me that it's just a movie.

Yeah I see where you are getting at, but there are some movies that purposely do it for a laugh (Hot Tub Time Machine comes to mind, where once one of the main characters says the name he stares at the camera and I think winks as well).

I get that feeling more when 'm reading books and the title starts making sense or is used in the writing or something of that sort.
