Right or wrong, I have confidence that this person, if found guilty, will be punished. I think we'll forget about him because we have very short attention spans. It's not necessarily our fault. We are just bombarded with information 24x7.

Then essentially you are saying you have confidence in our legal system and our government. I lost ALL confidence in both institutions years ago. Our entire system is "broken" and corrupted. Everything has turned in to power, greed, and MONEY. The almighty dollar is THE deciding factor in pretty much everything today. The only thing I still believe in getting anything right in this country is THE PEOPLE. We still outnumber "them" and still own guns (for the time being). And if we don't take back what IS ours to begin with, we are going to lose it all.

Whoa, I didn't say that. I believe people with more money have more power in this country. So yes, I believe both institutions favor the wealthy. With that being said, the Boston marathon bomber will be brought to justice. I agree this country belongs to "the people", and it is a mess right now... and seemingly keeps getting worse. Let's hope we never have to attempt to take our government back by force. If I play that scenario out in my head, the US military would follow their commander-in-chief, and we would need a lot more than our own guns.

You can not have "justice" in a corrupted system! The officials are picking and choosing whom to make their pawns. And it is pretty clear and obvious, if a terrorist or mass murderer on our soil or abroad has ties to radical Islam, then they ARE going to get special treatment and the whole incident downplayed. This is already happening with the living Boston bomber. Nidal Hasan went on a shooting spree at Fort Hood in Texas and killed 13. That was in Nov. 2009. His crime was labeled as "violence in the work place" and he has yet to be tried!

It seems like they are really really BAD guys UNTIL we catch them, and then all of a sudden they have more rights and can cut more deals than every day citizens. It is a joke.

Don't be silly. The NSA already cut the deal when it gave those kids the bombs. It's all false-flag to stir up the public and take away more freedoms. The gov will get our guns, our rights and our privacy. There will be drone patrols before the summer is out. You watch.

Well, I am extremely glad to hear you say such. Most of us who believe our government is lying to and betraying us are considered conspiracy theorists. I don't know if you listen to late night talk radio, but there are some guys out there who think the Boston Marathon incident was a "dry run" for upcoming bigger things. Coast to Coast AM brings out things that NOBODY in media is even addressing.

And speaking of drones, have you seen the ones out now the size of a mosquito? They are equipped with camera, microphone, and hypodermic needle! It could land on you and collect DNA without your knowledge.

Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it...when a long train of abuses ...reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
