Does music ownership matter?

Music lovers used to take pride in their collection of records, but is mp3 ownership important when you can find the music you love ion YouTube or Spotify for free in just a few seconds?

Yeah, because it's more respectful to the artist to download or buy it legally instead of a youtube converter or beemp3 or whatever and you can bring it where ever in highest quality instead of Youtube's and Spotify's nerfed audio.

They should be compensated enough that they can make a living and continue to produce music.

Well, revenues from music sure matter for the people who benefit from it.

I love having physical copies of CDs and Tapes. Also, the quality is tons better.

Ever ripped audio from YouTube? Shitty as fuck.
