IS there room for tort reform under the constitution?

If a doctor fails to deliver adequate care, should they not beheld accountable. Why would a doctor get a free pass? Sure there r frivolous law suits, but they only make up 1% of all suits. And those r supposed to be thrown out of court by the judge, usually a lawyer. So suppress the lawyers and judges, not the plaintiff, he is at the mercy of the lawyers. He expects the professionals to guide him or her in the land of courts. Take the lawyers rights away, not the plaintiff, for he is not to blame. It is spelled out by law, and protected by the constitution. But Tort Reform takes the easy way out, blaming the village idiot for the greed of the lawyers. Use some smarts to figure this out, don't be railroaded by lies and misinformation.…
