Personality type prejudice could be seen as a new and unacknowledged kind of prejudice.
An awareness of personality type prejudice (not merely focused on introverts but involving other typological functions - like the thinking and feeling preferences in Myers-Briggs) would be the first step to understanding that just because someone doesn't do or say something the way we tend to do or say it doesn't mean that they are bad and wrong. This idea could help to rescue friendships and reconcile work teams. Also arguments can often be rooted merely in a mis-matching of the way different personalities approach an issue, which can be quickly resolved when this is understood. 'As society becomes more refined so does it's understanding of prejudice'.
