Take a deep breath and smile when negativity arises

It's the simple practice i've been using to attain self-control in various kind of situations. With this practice, forgiveness, understanding, love, & compassion arise and radiate to all things including to ourselves :)

SERENITY NOW!

if you smile
it releases feel good feelings

even if you don't feel like it
smiling helps

it turns a "fake smile" into a genuine smile

or if you are pissed off channel that anger toward productive uses

smile because you know you will overcome that negativity and survive it....just dont let it get to you cause it will only waste time n energy, who wants to be in the negative? not I!!
