I think kids should be raised to be entrepreneurs in today's environment.

Kids were trained to go to good schools for good paying job. Too many college graduates are still in search of jobs. Why not train kids to be creative and make their dreams come true.

I am not convinced entrepreneurship is a teachable skill. I agree that creativity can be encouraged. Environments can be set up to allow/encourage/reward creative thinking, yet I am not at all convinced that the skill set required for entrepreneurial success can be "taught". It can be described and measured.

What can be taught is the mechanics of assembling a team whose members possess the diverse skills needed to successfully compete in the market. The mechanics of team building and business management should absolutely be part of the K-12 curriculum.
