I liked it when I had finals before break then I'd be carefree all winter break and your sister how is she still off? other than that polar vortex that gave me a a few snow days I went back to school last Monday but I guess that means I'll reach summer break before her

High school isn't that fast, we always have finals after break, starting this monday. Southern colleges get back earlier than us, here in maryland(and many others) they don't go back until the 27th. Yeah you probably will, she has finals mid-May, then she's done.

when I was in high school we had finals before break sometimes it was awesome but sometimes it was done after my brother is actually studying for his math final right now anyways my finals are in the end of April

That would be great to do, when do the highschools start then? Mine are very late august, like practically september. I'm studying for AP World History, it's my least favorite. I have math the same day, but I don't really need to study, just a little.

I used to start right before or after labor day (usually after labor day) and summer would start about mid-June they're starting to make some schools year round and my little brother was ecstatic that it didn't happen to him I took AP US History my junior year I failed the AP exam lolol good times I'm much better in math than in social studies

That's when our summer would start too, strange. That would suck, I would not support that, besides the fact it just would not work in the US. I hate history, I find it boring, and the class is pure memorization, something i'm none too great at. It's easily my worst subject. I aced my government exam, that was interesting, but history otherwise is a no-go with me. Same, I get B's in math, but i'm not sure how, i'm really good at it, and really fast at solving, just i'm not the best test taker.

in my opinion high school and AP classes are harder than college not everyone agrees though

It used to be like that. They changed it by the time I got to high school, but my older sister had her finals jut before winter break. She graduated high school in 2007 though.

At least a short break to rest their mind from working too hard regardless if they are ACTUALLY working their brain or not

Here we got a week off school, off regular classes, and had our exams in that week and some times before, in our class. For the classes I took I once had two exams during exam week and the other times I only had one to do. Do you guys not do that?

My daughter had midterms Monday thru Thursday and had regular classes on Friday. Seemed unfair to me.
