A Muslim is one who submits his/her will to do the will of God. If you're not doing that or not striving to do that, you're not a Muslim. So technically, every single human being is born in submission to God, making everyone a Muslim by nature.

I think that faith in God is ingrained in every baby. I don't really know how to explain it.
Muslim is the Arabic word for, "a person who submits." A person who submits to God is defined as being a Muslim.
I'm sure that most Muslims agree that being Muslim means to submit one's will to do the will of God. Aside from that, everyone has a different belief system and different cultures.
