10:30am is just about the perfect time to rise and start the day on a Sunday morning, amirite?

I prefer 6am. That way, you get the entire day of sunlight

Hah my internal clock wakes me up at 6-7:00. I feel like a turd later if i try to go back to sleep after waking up.

I can relate to this

This is about the time I start my day every day, but I'm a night owl and am retired.

It's STILL in the AM ! LOL. (C=

I meant I am retired from working, so time of day doesn't matter to me, I have no schedule and I stay up late at night, so I get up late in the morning.

I am retired and up by 5:30am. I like to get things done and than the rest of the day is mine. Whatever works for each person is all that counts

I would love to be able to get up by daylight, but I can't sleep until late at night. Nothing I have ever done changes that for long. I worked the night shift for too many years, I think.

That's about the perfect time any day.
I'm not a morning person, and for sure, I can be up, dressed and busy early, but my brain doesn't truly 'wake up' until about 10/10:30.

Yup

12 pm is better.

I don't want to sleep all day unless it is raining, OR have someone to cuddle with.

but rarely ever accomplish!

I get up early.

I live where it so hot, in order to walk my dogs we must be up and out by 5:30. It's become such a routine they start winding up at four. Lol

Agreed!

I kinda prefer 8am. I get plenty of sleep and I can get out while the roads are clear and everything is peaceful.
