Whatever happened to the legal concept of "contributory negligence"? If the woman used the device contrary to the warnings which came with it, then she is not entitled to compensation because she contributed to the cause of her injuries. That's like a drunk driver winning a lawsuit against a car company when he got injured because he crashed his car while drunk!o_o smilie
