No, I don't think so, unless the "pro-lifer" is also an extreme vegan who belittles others for eating eggs even from happy hens.
It has been my observation, that most people who vehemently oppose abortion on principle, do not extend their 'empathy' for the lives of human fetuses to the lives of the non-human animals they like to eat.
