Since Venus has active volcanoes & the CO2 from the volcanoes traps heat & would have helped maintain suitable temperatures, while rainwater from comets would have helped maintain CO2 levels & prevent temperatures from causing the oceans to not only evaporate. But in this actual reality of Venus, it caused the water molecules to split into hydrogen & oxygen. Hydrogen escaped Venus' gravity; oxygen combined with carbon monoxide in the mixture of C, CO & CO2, amirite?
