Heaven already exist and there are only a few people there (Jesus and some people who was taken up specifically). The Bible makes it incredibly clear that when you die you go into a sleep until the last day when all the faithfull is woken up and taken to Heaven for the first time. Hell does not exist yet, the Bible makes it incredibly clear that there will be a huge fire, Hell, which will burn out all unfaithfull people and sin forever and they shall become stubble and ashes under your feet (Malachi 4:3). Oh well, I can't say for sure. I know that I have times where I feel like I am in Heaven & often some people tell me to go to Hell so they seem real to me.
