Personally, I don't understand people that aren't attracted to their partners **both** emotionally/mentally and physically. But if this is truly how someone feels, it might be better received to phrase it in a way like "I think you're an incredibly beautiful person, and I see that every day in the ways you [show these aspects of your personality]"
