Bob Marley - I Shot The Sheriff
.... but I did not shoot the deputy
So who shot the deputy then?
He probably had a heart attack when he saw me shoot the sheriff.
That makes me happy enough for this day.
Here's one that still touches an old lady's heart.

Yes!
Mandinka?
Nothing Compares 2 U
I should have put a smiley face after that comment. I meant that as a joke.
Heh heh... What was the joke?
That I would think Mandinka is a nice song to slow dance to. I know... lame.
So that's the name of a song?
It is me who is lame. I don't even know what Mandinka is...
Love both of your songs! Fond memories.
Sweet ... mine danced with me to There's a Moon Out Tonight :)

Let her go-Passenger
I always loved those lyrics.
Never doubted it!
Yeah, I'm sure that one brings back sentimental memories of dancing with your high school sweetheart. You romantic devil, you!
I was dancing with my aunt Muriel.
She had an extra left leg for the twisty bits.
I've never danced and my knowledge of music is pretty limited, but I want to play too, so here I am.

This Brazilian song is not from my teen years, but I think it's pretty adequate for slow romantic dancing. It was my mom's favorite song.
Here is a version with accompanying English translation (click on it to watch it on YouTube, since Amirite won't directly embed it on this post):
slow, romantic dances sure aren't in my wheelhouse.

does this count? ;P
I am on my cell, but how about, "You lost that loving feeling"?
You bet, Will! Here it is.
