Positive thinking with 🌼Team K&J🌼
About 20 years ago I had trouble getting out of bed & actually walking. I literately had to get up 2 hours before I needed to do so. One hour was spent just trying to walk 5 feet with help of whatever I could grab on to at the time. Today I don't have that issue because I do stuff like Yoga & walk to prevent it from happening again.
Oh I was 17 at the time. It was the second time in my life that it happened. I was 7 the first time. I was thinking of it earlier when looking a photos.
Lil, what was going on? I am glad you got yourself going again.
Ya know I have been getting those since I was 18.
I can leap a tall building in a single bound...no, wait, that's superman.
Oh if I tried to do a cartwheel now somebody better have a medic on standby
Because I have been a runner most of my life, my knees are starting to betray me. I can't quite pound the pavement like I use to, which is probably a good thing.
For the past 15 minutes or so I've been trying to figure out what to say in answer to your post. Now I have it. I'm either going to finally learn to skate (I'm a Canadian so I should be ashamed of myself for not already knowing how) or I'll get myself on a skateboard and see how that goes.
Thanks for the inspiring post.
