Are Central/South Americans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans and Cubans white?

Yup, whiter than Italians. The Riveras and Delgados (indigenous Spaniards) were on their respective territories when Spain conquered the lands in direct rebellion against the Crown of Castile, like Andalusia. Those countries as a result were founded by Visigoths (Germanic tribe)

with surnames like Ramirez, Morales, Sanchez. Anyone who is racist against them is an imbecile in my eyes. But yeah those countries are white. "Friends"-watching "bro"-hating countries too while we're at it. Only non-white Spanish country is Dominican Republics, which is black.
Even today, in the other countries, a Rivera or Delgado is rare.

I don't know. I guess they come in all colors just like other places. Spanish ancestors and native people combined. Then slaves incorporated as well. I think more brown eyed people than blue.
