No, I have never taken LSD, nor any other mind altering drugs.
I think it is now being considered to help depression.
In some cases.. that might actually work.
Dementia also, i believe. In very small doses
I tried to go truly psychedelic every time. Simple colors and trails weren't enough for me. I remember kaleidoscopic images, believing I could send thoughts to others around me. The whole green/ purple thing has always amazed me. On one trip I was far above the earth though could see all below by focusing in. On another I could literally see a stream of information floating through the air. I could touch it.. rub it between my fingers and learn new things. Funny story is I took the CHSPE exam to go to college on four hits of acid. Once I was able to focus I got the second highest score out of 88 people who took the test that day. The one person who beat me was my girlfriend at the time who was just as high as me. :) I do not recommend others do it. Some people simply can't handle it. Though if you have already.. I'd love to hear your experiences. :)
Nope...I smoked weed and grew tired of how that made me feel..
I closed the gate, instead of opening it for something stronger..
Dear dandy.. when you are in your 80s and have nothing better to do. Give it a go. You are one of the few who are mentally strong enough, that you would laugh your ass off at what is unlocked. :)
Lets See I remember lying on the couch and like the little covered wire leading to the smoke detector started like dripping down and I remember wondering when it was gonna fall or where it was gonna land. Our school was like right next to a housing development across the border in Connecticut and It looked really fake like a cartoon backdrop or like one of those backdrops to Broadway plays. We took a walk around campus and mostly things seemed "bubbly" and this one building I just felt like it was being sucked into the sky in a swirly pattern (makes sense in context). Then I was lying down in my dorm and I was like on a ringed planet and the rings were moving like a clock hand until they were completely vertical. and there was a dancing circle with a palm tree growing out of its head (which was also it's body). Then I watched the junglebook and listened to king crimson. The flute music really fit the tone. Unfortunately It's not as easy to get as other things so I usually stick to DXM since I can buy it at the drug mart but thats a totally different (dissasociative) experience. The one hallucinogen I don't recommend that you can get legally is Dramamine, which makes you feel like your on one of those gravitrons and you have no idea whats going on or that you're talking to invisible people
Janet. Do you think you gained anything from it?
