fresh cracked pepper- Try poached salmon sometime all the spice goes into the water. Dill whole pepper corns. Uum
I think you might be over-spicing. Just some S&P...some lemon and olive oil...
definitely doesn't need sage,rosemary, or thyme. Some cilantro with the ingredients I listed above. Garlic isn't for everyone.
Let me reiterate: FRESH cilantro, not dehydrated.

That's great because salmon is really good for a person. I like salmon patties, but salmon fixed any other way, I just don't like. Weird, isn't it?
If you eat enough salmon you will get sick of it... Testament... moi! However you can eat rice any day...every day...lovely... I like wild rice...long grain basmati rice...
