I've never heard any guys make excuses for a guy when he gets beat by a girl. (and I've been around judo and wresting for 20 years) I've heard some teasing of the guy who got beat, but never excuses. More often I've heard excuses of why "he" won, because he beat a girl. I think in today's world of amateur judo and wrestling, at the competitive levels, there is just a lot of respect for ALL competitors. (As it SHOULD be)
you should read youtube comments they are a SCREAM!! "I could snap her spine!!"
You know that everyone is a tough guy while talking on the internet from the safety of their parents basement. (Put any of them in the ring with a trained women MMA fighter....)
Ever watch the old "Bully Beatdown" show?
Because they can't take gender roles being destroyed...
Old habits die hard.. especially the ones that have been reinforced for thousands (and perhaps millions) of years.
The only stories of guys beating on women have been sports and rap stars. They are potentially vulnerable because of their fame - yet the NFL, NBA circle the wagons around their cash cows, people don't piss and moan. It's disgusting. The rap thugs have PR firms that manage to turn the tide of any backlash.
So far, I haven't heard of any of the victims getting the upper hand on any of these animals. I for one would cheer the event.
I always cheer for the girl.
I wondered about 'the parade' as well. You know, the parade led by the Strawman Marching Band!
Because it sucks to get beaten by anyone, especially someone considered weaker than you, on the other hand raising a hand against a woman is always off limits.
That's not really what happens. It's usually the opposite
