Old news, and pretty biased reporting at that. Not really a big deal.
Congress has always had the power to undo these actions and regulations through the 'Congressional Review Act" all they ever needed to do is vote.
H.R. 5982 allows them to vote on 'multiple' changes with only a single vote instead of one vote for each change.
This bill amends the Congressional Review Act to allow Congress to consider a joint resolution to disapprove multiple regulations that federal agencies have submitted for congressional review within the last 60 legislative days of a session of Congress during the final year of a President's term. Congress may disapprove a group of such regulations together (i.e., "en bloc") instead of the current procedure of considering only one regulation at a time.
People that voted for Trump are now waking up to the fact that he will not keep his promises. And some are now afraid of losing Obamacare, something they didn't think would happen. In my opinion I think Trump will just tweak it a little bit, and then name it Trumpcare. He loves to see his name on everything....Trump Tower....lol And take credit for what President Obama created.
