Well you're the one who told me that rabbits make loud noises.
Are you upset now or what?
Why do some people, who don't believe in a God, spend so much of their lives, in trying to persuade others, that God does not exist? Meanwhile, they will argue other things, like that there is life elsewhere in the universe without, without seeing proof of it. They struggle to come up with theories that explain that first spark of life in the universe. Why do they bother, if it meaningless to them in the first place?
Because they can not see by the love.
I too think most people need it. They need hope.
Not all, but I've seen cases like that. I've seen people turn to religion when life got too much for them to deal with. The thing is, if they don't disrespect or mistreat others with their religion, I have no issue.
Do you think religion is the answer to that problem?
How do you know?
It's for people who feel something that you don't.
That's great. I also know something that you don't know.
You don't know shit.
I know everything about you.
You're Santa Claus?
Santa claus doesn't exists.
And it also works if they are poor.
They are real.
Hi Carla! I can't comment on "the religion" as stated in your headline, but Christianity is a religion based upon the teachings and miracles of Jesus. Jesus is the Christ. The word "christ" means anointed one. Christ is not Jesus' last name.
Christians are well aware of 'real life', we are persecuted daily for our beliefs - I bet you understand that!
Hmmm.. I think this is pointless
Most of your comments are!
Religion was the greatest tool for rulers to control subjects. Do what I want you to do or go to hell!
You're cute :)
Religion can give you insight into a reality that you would otherwise not know is there.
And what information is that?
I distinguish religion from spirituality. It's comforting to be able to hope and wish on a force that you dont control and request aid in times of great sorrow, although I believe myself an atheist I've done this, I'm a hypocrite on that regard. But I'm against the rules of religion that forbid things that do no harm to anyone just because someone doesnt like it.
I do not believe in anything. The only thing I know is that we will all die, even you.
Sure but, looking at life from the perspective of a lamb bound to the cosmic slaughter of time is just depressing, one good part of religion is it's optimism.
