I read. It normally takes my mind away from whatever is making me feel down, and after I'm feeling better, I have a different approach on things.
Go shopping and then take a nap.
Phone a friend...go shopping...eat chocolate.
I like to read or play my piano. When I play the piano, soon I'm singing. Never fails to make me feel better.
Drink some coffee...
Oh retail therapy works wonders for me but so does breaking things when I am mad. Must be my uncivilized country ways.
Haven't figured it out yet. Nothing works.
Take a long hot bath
I listen to music, sometimes very loud :)).
